Equipment from the secondary kit

The In the Zone e-newsletter is a great way to find out more about how you can be part of the In the Zone experience. In this first issue of the newsletter Sir Steve Redgrave CBE introduces the programme and we unveil more about what's inside the eagerly anticipated In the Zone kits for schools.

Each newsletter will feature different investigations from In the Zone. This time Super Athletes for ages 7-9 and On your marks...get set…breathe for ages 11-14 are highlighted, letting you know a bit more about what's in store for your pupils.

We'll also include fascinating facts about the human body in each issue. For instance Peter Colat, a Swiss freediver, smashed a previous world record when he held his breath underwater for 19 minutes and 21 seconds.
